How can i connect my Hitachi 42PD6700-U TV to my Sony DAV-DZ260 Surround Sound system?
The TV has standard Audio-Out connections, and the Sony system has digital coaxial and optical inputs as well as a HDMI IN connection, and also a Digital Media Port. I just want to hear the TV sound from the 6 speakers around the room.
Connect optical from cable box to system.
