Consumers today seem to be drawn to the new age of home theater systems that are space-saving such as soundbars and tiny home-theater-in-a-box systems (HTIBs). If you care about sound, and want the convenience of an all-in-one package then the Yamaha YHT-791BL would be the one to choose.
Standard HTIBs typically come with speakers that are very light, but the YHT-791BL isn't a regular HTIB. The two front speakers weigh over eight pounds and stand 13 inches tall. The surround and surround-back speakers are one and the same, weighing over two pounds apiece, and with the more manageable height and width. All of the speakers are two-way and come with a plastic textured finish which assists with keeping fingerprints at bay.
The size of the speakers decidedly helps the YHT-791BL sound great, but keep in mind that they are bigger than many of the other speakers in the HTIB systems. Yamaha YHT-791BL delivers virtually all of the performance of the higher priced home theater system making it a smart choice for audiophiles on a budget.
The YHT-791BL features Yamaha's Parametric Room Acoustic Optimizer (YPAO) automatic speaker calibration system that sets the speakers and subwoofer volume levels, determines the speaker/subwoofer crossover point, assesses the distances from the speakers to the listener, affirms that all of the speaker cables are correctly hooked up, and uses leveling to balance the frequency-response characteristic of all seven speakers.
The strongest part of the YHT-791BL's connectivity is its four HDMI inputs, which should be enough for most home theaters.
If you need multiroom capability, you'll have to set-up a separate based system as the YHT-791BL isn't a multiroom system.
Overall the YHT-791BL is a home theater system with first-class sound quality which has a clean and clear sound due to the two-way speakers. The Yamaha YHT-791BL home theater arrangement is an excellent all-in-one system for the home theater enthusiast on a budget. i purchased a set of Acoustic Audio GX350 speakers but i don't what kind of amp to get.?
They can handle up to 1000 watts. I also want to know the best placement for these in my trunk to maximize sound quality and loudness.
