Can I use my pc monitor for viewing HD DVD movies?

I have a Dell 1907FP Flat Panel Monitor. I had this monitor since March 2006. I'm planning to buy a HD DVD drive for my pc.

HD-DVD is a dead standard by the way-- all high-def DVDs from this year forward will be in Blu-Ray format.

If you want to use your computer to play back HD DVDs and Blu-Ray discs at full HD 1080p definitions, you need to have:

1 - the right drive. Remember HD-DVD and Blu-Ray discs are not compatible.

2 - an HDCP-compliant video card.

3 - an HDCP-compliant monitor. If you want to play the movie in full pixel-for-pixel 1920x1080 high resolution glory, you need a monitor that can display at least 1920x1080.

I think your Dell 1907FP is HDCP-compliant, but it can't do full 1920x1080 resolution playback. You also need to check your video card-- Lack of HDCP compliance means the playback will be limited to low 480i resolution or no playback at all.

What would cause weird noise to come threw speakers?

what would cause weird whistleish type noises to come threw your cars stereo speakers? its not alternator whine. ive asked this question before and got no answer. ive got a 4-channal Eclipse amp, polk audio speakers, Jensen flip out monitor DVD player head unit, alpine mono block amp and alpine subs. but when i turned on the radio this loud annoying whistling noise with a mix of alternator whine came threw the speakers and it only does it when the car is started....that and over time (its kinda quit doing it) it goes away or wont do it at all. im thinking its the shitty head unit ive got. but im also hoping its just a bad ground/wires touching becouse ive just installed a overhead DVD player and dont want to have to get rid of my indash DVD player.

If you want to eliminate the nosie you hear when the car is running try to check if the ground wire leads all the way back to the back of your deck if it doesnt then in addition to your gound that is mounted some where to metal on your car add a ground back to the deck. if you cant find a gound wire on your deck attach it to some where metal on your deck. Usually that will cancel out some noise. If thats not it, try a noise filter. Sounds like you need a better ground from deck to amp or better connection between the metal of your car to your amp. It could even be that your deck is not grounded very good.

How to I wirelessly transmit video and audio from my computer to my TV and speaker system?

I haven't bought a TV or speakers, but I'm going to want to transmit most of the regular cable/satalite programing, movies, audio through my computer into the TV and separate speaker system. Do they make Bluetooth TV sets and Bluetooth speaker systems, and even if they did would I be able to transmit from my computer to both or just one? What other wireless options are available to me the only cord I want attached to my TV is the power and wireless reviecer and same with my stereo system. How do I do it?

A company called TERK (a division of Audiovox.com) sells audio/video transmitter/receivers. Expensive.
In a way it me less expensive to have a second satellite receiver.
